Thank you for choosing Thee Dvine Artist for your art needs. The following are the terms and conditions associated with the shipping policy.

Shipping, Delivery & Order Tracking

Thee Dvine Artist currently only ships domestically (within the United States).

Orders are processed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Occasionally, delivery delays can occur. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. You will always receive updates regarding the delivery of your order via email.

Shipping methods and couriers depend on the weight and size of your order.

Below are the current available shipping options. The listed delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Your order could arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery time.

You, the customer, will select your desired shipping type during checkout. The cost of shipping will be applied to your order before confirmation.

Damaged Goods

Thee Dvine Artist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also contact Thee Dvine Artist and he will work with you the best he can to resolve this issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Thee Dvine Artist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
