Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable and returns are generally not accepted. In the event there is an issue with your order, you, the customer, are responsible for notifying Thee Dvine Artist within 10 days of the delivery of your order. If you communicate within the 10-day period and depending on your circumstance, exceptions may apply. If you fail to communicate any issues within 10 days of the delivery of your order, exceptions will not apply.
